The Power Coating Line of Shandong Dongye Co., Ltd.

Abstract

SRI (stargroup Research & Integration Co., Ltd.) undertook the project of powder coating production line of JIUSELU new materials Co., Ltd. in 2018 which has successfully put into production.

Founded in 2008, jiuselu New Material Co., Ltd.,a subsidiary of 'Shandong Dongye Group' is a high-quality color coated plate manufacturer with an annual production capacity of more than 800000 tons. The production line participated by SRI is a high-speed electrostatic powder spraying production line, which has the functions of degreasing cleaning, chemical coating, electrostatic spraying and cold coating.

The production speed is 120m / min (corresponding to steel plate specification: 0.4x1000mm), and the output is about 130000 tons / year. The specification of steel plate is 800 ~ 1250mm in width and 0.25 ~ 1.5mm in thickness; and the specification of aluminum plate is 800 ~ 1250mm in width and 0.5 ~ 2.0mm in thickness. The total unit length is about 220mm.
