Highlights
SRI's pickling lines are capable of processing strip of 520mm thickness, 720mm thickness and 1250mm thickness etc. The continuous pickling line for strip 520mm thick equipped with the scale breaker and tension leveler increases the capacity by 1/3 and dramatically decreases acid consumption. The push-pull pickling line for strip 720mm thick can provide a process speed up to 160m/min and a capacity up to 400,000 ton/year; the push-pull pickling line for strip 1250mm thick can be upgraded into a semi-continuous one, which, with less investment, provides a maximum capacity of 800,000 ton/year.
