Color coating line has been widely used for its excellent corrosion-resistant coating, pleasant decorative property, good color ability and post-process ability. As one of our major production technologies, our color coating line makes high speed and batch production possible. The products have achieved wide application in many fields including construction and home appliances. Hot laminating process, printing process and embossing process can be added to the CCL.
In a color coating line, coils pass first through the uncoiler and the stitcher, and then through the cleaning section and the chemical coater. The strip is dried before the two-roll coater paints it with protective primer. After the coat is cured, the U-shaped coater featuring fast color change paints the strip with decorative finish, which should also be cured then. Lastly, the strip is accumulated, sheared, recoiled and packaged. The production line has grown to be an international level product, and, in particular, the technologies of powder coating and printing are leading the industry worldwide.
The color coating line produces coated steel as different building materials, quality laminated coated steel for household appliances, fluorine carbon coated steel, decorative, semi-insulating coated steel, anti-fingerprint coated steel and antimicrobial coated steel.
